To purchase a gift certificate on this site you must provide us with certain contact and credit card information; including but not limited to your name, address, phone number, email, and credit card information. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the total cost of your gift certificate. This site is not intended for use by those under the age of 18. Viewpon Holdings, Inc does not sell products geared or directed to the use of those under the age of 18. By registering for the newsletter or making a purchase on this site you represent to Viewpon Holdings, Inc that you are 18 years of age or older. Those under the age of 18 years may use this site only with parental or guardian supervision. Viewpon Holdings, Inc reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders for any reason.

Terms and Restrictions of Gift Certificates sold on Viewpon.tv:

Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift certificates also cannot be refunded, exchanged, and must be used in full at the business listed on the card. All sales made on Viewpon.tv are FINAL. Certificates may not be applied to gratuity and no other coupon or offer may be combined with gift certificate. Viewpon Holdings, Inc is also not responsible for closed establishments. Should a gift certificate be purchased and then the place of business closes down; Viewpon Holdings, Inc cannot be held responsible and purchaser of gift certificate will not be refunded. Particular businesses may have additional terms and restrictions. See specific business page on the Viewpon.tv site for more restrictions. Prices and availability of the products and services listed on this site are subject to change without notice. By purchasing a gift certificate on Viewpon.tv you both acknowledge and agree to all the aforementioned terms and restrictions.

Shipping Limitations:

When a purchaser places an order on Viewpon.tv, they will be given the option to print their gift cards immediately. (Unless otherwise noted.) Should the purchaser choose to not print their gift cards right away, the certificates will be stored on the purchaser's Viewpon.tv account and can be accessed at a later date.

Acceptance of Product:

Viewpon.tv sells third party gift certificates/gift cards at half price. Viewpon Holdings, Inc is not responsible for the actual available usage or duration of any certificate or card, or the policies of the various businesses who provide the certificates. Please contact the retailer or service provider directly to confirm restrictions, if any. Viewpon Holdings, Inc is not responsible for any goods or services purchased with gift certificates. Viewpon Holdings, Inc is not responsible for merchants no longer in business or whom have changed their location. There are no refunds or returns.
